Please complete the form below to receive a copy of your Continuing Education certificate. Orders are processed within 10 business days. Please note: If you would like to order more than one Continuing Education certificate you must complete an additional transaction for each course.

Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics is not responsible for maintaining copies or records for courses after 3 years. Please be advised that some certificates are provided by the course instructor and not by the school. Please contact the NCMTMB Approved Provider directly.
